Every customer you have saved. They fill in by themselves when you make an invoice (shop checkout, POS or Edit invoice): pick the name and the license number, phone, address, state and country appear.
Wholesale applications from the sign-up page. A customer gets an ID only after you approve the application; until then they cannot sign in. They are emailed when you approve or reject.
Every saved customer gets an easy sign-in made from their own data, so they can open the website, see the products and order. Login ID = the first words of the business name, lower case (AMERICAN DREAM MINI MART INC → americandream). Password = the first word with a capital letter + the last 4 digits of the license number (→ American5165); with no license number it uses the phone, then the ZIP code. Press the PDF icon to get the customer's sheet: ID, password, the website QR code and their shop details. You can change any ID or password.
Fill in one row per product. Cost, tax, profit and selling price work like the single Add product form: type the profit to get the price, or type the selling price to get the profit. Stock is the exact count on your shelf (leave blank to not track stock). Rows with no name are ignored.
Taxes — listed prices already include them
Press + Add tax, give it a name, choose Per piece per ml (dollars for every ml: pieces × ml × amount) or Percentage of cost price (needs the product's cost price set), and type the number. Then choose it in the Tax list when adding or editing a product — or use Apply to to put it on a whole category at once. You can change a number whenever you like and press Save: new orders use it straight away; orders already placed keep the tax they were saved with.
Class uses the product's category this shop doesn't have QuickBooks-style classes. Open Sales Order = orders not yet Completed or Cancelled (the date/category filters don't apply to it, it's always today's open orders). All time / a wide custom range is capped at about 3 years of daily detail.
Duplicate customers
The QuickBooks import created some stores more than once (same address, slightly different spelling). This finds them and lets you merge each into one customer. All their invoices are kept and moved to the one you keep. A database backup is saved first.
Danger zone
Permanently deletes every order/invoice, stock history, expense record and customer account — used once to start fresh from QuickBooks data. Products, product photos and staff logins are never touched. A backup of the database is saved automatically first. This cannot be undone from here.
